Refund policy

The following terms and conditions are only applicable to purchases made on the Website.

Failure to pay the order within 4 days of the date on which it was finally placed implies the automatic cancellation of the order.

You may cancel your order at any time until it is delivered, with a reimbursement of the amounts paid.

Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal in accordance with the law, namely, D.L. n.º 24/2014, of 14th February.

The Customer has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs other than those mentioned below. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from:

1. the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods; or
2. in the case of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the last good delivered.

 

Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Customer shall inform LILIANA GUERREIRO of his decision to withdraw from the contract through the contacts indicated above (paragraph 1). For this purpose, the Customer may:

 

(a) use the model of withdrawal form as set out in the end of these terms and conditions (it is not mandatory); or

(b) make any other unequivocal statement setting out his decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g. a letter sent by post mail or e-mail).

 

In those cases, LILIANA GUERREIRO shall communicate to the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium, within 24 hours.

The Customer shall have exercised his right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period if the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by the Customer before that period has expired.

If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal LILIANA GUERREIRO shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including, if applicable, the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from Customer choices of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by LILIANA GUERREIRO), without undue delay and, in any case, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

LILIANA GUERREIRO will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless if expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

LILIANA GUERREIRO may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods back, or until the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The Customer shall send back the goods to the address mentioned in the 1st paragraph, or hand them over to LILIANA GUERREIRO or to a person authorised by LILIANA GUERREIRO to receive the goods, without undue delay and, in any case, not later than 14 days from the day on which he has communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract with LILIANA GUERREIRO. The deadline shall be met if the Customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The returned goods must be in good conditions, with the original and complete packaging and accompanied by the corresponding receipt or invoice.

LILIANA GUERREIRO does not accept the return or exchange of used, engraved, or customized goods.

According to the applicable law (D.L. n.º 7/2004 of 7th January), LILIANA GUERREIRO reserves the right to cancel an order whenever there is a programming error, malfunctioning of LILIANA GUERREIRO computers as well as the order is distorted and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
